LOW BACK EXERCISE VIDEOS

The Canadian Chiropractic Guideline Initiative has created an exercise video series based on the recommendations from the Clinical Practice Guideline for the Treatment of Low Back Pain. Below, please find a series of videos for low back pain that progress from mobility to stabilization.  They are organized as follows:

  1. Low Back Mobility (Level 1)

  2. Low Back Stability and Motor Control (Level 2a)

  3. Low Back Stretching (Level 2b)

  4. Low Back Strengthening/Endurance (Level 3)

  5. Yoga for Low Back Pain

Take your time and try to progress through the series in the order listed. These videos serve as a general guideline - however, modifications may be necessary depending on your ability and comfort level.
