NECK EXERCISE VIDEOS

The Canadian Chiropractic Guideline Initiative (CCGI) exercise video series for neck pain is based on the recommendations from the Clinical Practice Guideline for the Treatment of Neck Pain Associated and Whiplash Associated Disorders (2016). These videos are grouped in the following categories:

 

  1. Neck mobility

  2. Posture, neck stretching and shoulder stretching

  3. Neck motor control and strengthening

  4. Shoulder blade motor control and strengthening 

  5. Shoulder strengthening

Take your time and try to progress through the series in the order listed. These videos serve as a general guideline - however, modifications may be necessary depending on your ability and comfort level.
