SHOULDER EXERCISE VIDEOS

The Canadian Chiropractic Guideline Initiative has created an exercise video series based on the recommendations from the Clinical Practice Guideline for the Treatment of Shoulder Pain. Below, please find a series of videos for shoulder pain that progress from mobility to stabilization.  They are organized as follows:

  1. Shoulder Mobility

  2. Shoulder Stretching

  3. Isometric Exercises

  4. Shoulder Strengthening 

  5. Advanced

Take your time and try to progress through the series in the order listed. These videos serve as a general guideline - however, modifications may be necessary depending on your ability and comfort level.
