CHELSEA COLE, 200-YTT

Chelsea is a lifelong resident of Schreiber, Ontario, where she has always embraced the simplicity and quiet of small-town living, along with the rhythm of all four seasons. Growing up in Schreiber, she lived an active, outdoor-focused life—skating, hiking, swimming, skiing, and camping whenever she could.

She graduated as a Registered Practical Nurse in 2011 and has since worked in a variety of nursing roles. Chelsea values ongoing education and believes there is always more to learn in healthcare. In 2024, she accepted a full-time position as a Psychogeriatric Resource Consultant, a role where she finds purpose in improving outcomes for individuals living with memory impairments.

Although she has practiced yoga on and off for more than a decade, Chelsea completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2023. The experience encouraged her to meet herself exactly where she was and inspired her to develop a teaching style that is warm, welcoming, and accessible to all bodies and abilities.

As a mother of two with a full-time career, pets, and full days, yoga has been an anchor—helping her find balance, strength, and self-respect in her personal life. Sharing these benefits with others brings her genuine joy.

Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, camping, reading, cooking, and caring for her home.
